I sat in five "top-rated" office chairs before this one, and four of them were ranked there by people who had never unboxed one. I had. Mine arrived on a pallet with banding that took eight minutes to cut. The casters scratched my hardwood within a week — not a defect, just a thing nobody warned me about in the glossy listings.
The lumbar is genuinely different from the 2016 model; the mesh tension is firmer on the sacrum and softer on the thoracic. I am 5'9", 165 lbs, and the Size B fits like it was drawn from my measurements. The tilt limiter clicks like a camera shutter — overengineered in the best way.
